Ann Gerace
As an Energy Specialist, Ms. Gerace has served as the Executive Directorof Conservation Consultants for the past 18 years. She has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Allegheny College, Master of Public Management, H. John Heinz III School at Carnegie Mellon University. She has been awarded the PRC Energy Efficiency Leadership Award, Award for Excellence; CATALYST, Carnegie Science Center; Twelve Making A Difference, Pittsburgh Post Gazette; and the Green Building Alliance Shades of Green Leadership Award. She is a member of the Pittsburgh Green Government Task Force. |

Indigo Raffel
Indigo is Education Coordinator for Conservation Consultants Inc. She creates and facilitates green building and renewable energy education programs. She has conducted tours and workshops with the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh, David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Mattress Factory, Carnegie Science Center, The Ellis School, Our Lady of Sacred Heart High School in Coraopolis as well as numerous other schools in Pittsburgh, the Mon Valley and Allegheny County. She is a founding participant in the Urban Ecology Collaborative and an active member of the Green Education Movement in Pittsburgh.

Garret Fabian
Garret Fabian is an expert Energy Manager. In the last year, he has performed over 550 educational base load audits to low-income homes as part of the Duquesne Light Smart Comfort Program. Garrett is also one of the few people in Western Pennsylvania who is certified to provide Energy Star™ inspections and ratings for new and existing homes. He has a BS in Communication and a minor in Speech Communication from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He has continued his education through courses from the Building Performance Institute, the Northeast Home Energy Rating System Alliance, PA Home Energy RESNET rater training, and the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Garrett has also worked with both adults and children as an environmental educator for the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania. |

Pat Lovelace
Pat has been the Water Conservation Program Manager at Conservation Consultants for 13 years and has been the program administrator for the Pennsylvania American Water Company's H2O Help to Others Program for the last 10 years. Among her specialties is providing water tips to individuals and groups to help people use our available water supply wisely. |

Jonathan Nadle
Jonathan has a BA in Political Science from Penn State and is a Building Performance Insitute Certified Building Analyst. He has worked with Conservation Consultants for over 13 years and is an expert Energy Manager. He manages the Duquesne Light Smart Comfort Program and has overseen the completion of thousands of base load electric audits. He also performs advanced home energy audits for CCI. Jonathan is the volunteer President of the Group Against Smog and Pollution (GASP), a Pittsburgh based environmental group. |
