ALICE GOES ELECTRIC
(In-School Presentation, Grades 4-10)
Aimed at school groups of 150-300 students, ALICE GOES ELECTRIC uses a combination of animation, live action, and stage presentation to teach energy basics. Designed to make the subject exciting, interesting, and fun for students, the program will help kids understand how and where electricity is produced. An Earth awareness segment offers participants a new look at he beauties of the natural world around us. And the program concludes with steps that young people and their families can take to GetEnergySmarter – saving energy, saving money, and saving the planet.
ALICE GOES ELECTRIC is accompanied by an instructional guide and is intended to support curriculum goals for Environmental Education, Science, and Social Studies.
